Royal Tactics (Complete) Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Royal Tactics offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called Royal Tactics (Complete). Royal Tactics (Complete) is not a subscription and does not create recurring charges.

Purchasing Royal Tactics (Complete) immediately unlocks additional game features, including:

• Full unrestricted access to Gauntlet mode
• Multiplayer mode
• Online leaderboards and online stat/profile features

2. Purchase Platform

Purchases are processed through the platform where you installed the game, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Nearly Wise Games does not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Your purchase is also subject to the applicable store's terms, payment rules, refund rules, and account policies.

Apple refund requests are handled through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds are handled according to Google's refund policies and may also be managed through Google Play or Play Console processes.

3. One-Time License

Royal Tactics (Complete) grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access the unlocked Royal Tactics features on supported versions of the game.

This purchase does not give you ownership of the game, game code, servers, artwork, music, trademarks, or other Nearly Wise Games content.

4. Account and Device Access

Royal Tactics (Complete) is tied to the store account, platform account, or purchase system used to complete the purchase. Availability across devices depends on the platform store, your account status, and technical limitations.

You may need to use the game's Restore Purchase option to recover access on a supported device using the same store account.

Cross-platform purchase sharing between iOS and Android is not guaranteed unless Nearly Wise Games later adds a separate account-linking feature.

5. Refunds

Because Royal Tactics (Complete) is digital content delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final except where refunds are required by law or allowed by the applicable app store.

Refund eligibility may vary by country or region. App store refund decisions may depend on purchase timing, purchase details, platform rules, and applicable law.

If a refund is granted, access to Royal Tactics (Complete) may be removed.

6. Online Features

Royal Tactics (Complete) includes access to online features such as multiplayer and leaderboards. These features may require an internet connection, platform services, server availability, and supported game versions.

Nearly Wise Games may limit, modify, suspend, or discontinue online features for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Fair Use and Conduct

You may not use the unlocked features to cheat, exploit bugs, abuse online services, interfere with other players, reverse engineer the game, bypass purchase validation, or violate applicable laws or platform rules.

Nearly Wise Games may restrict access to online features if we reasonably believe an account, device, or player is abusing the game or its services.

8. Changes to the Game

Royal Tactics may change over time. Nearly Wise Games may update, rebalance, add, remove, rename, or modify game modes, rewards, leaderboards, multiplayer features, shop items, modifiers, or other gameplay systems.

Royal Tactics (Complete) provides access to the full-game feature set as made available in supported versions of Royal Tactics. It does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

9. Availability

Royal Tactics and Royal Tactics (Complete) may not be available on all devices, platforms, regions, or operating system versions. Availability may depend on app store rules, technical compatibility, server availability, and local law.

If you have trouble with your purchase, restore access, or online features, contact Nearly Wise Games at support@nearlywisegames.com.

Please include your platform, device type, game version, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment card information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nearly Wise Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of Royal Tactics.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Updates to These Terms

Nearly Wise Games may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Nearly Wise Games website with a new effective date.

Continued use of Royal Tactics after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
